Coaches should use these templates to complete the Lineup Cards for each game. 

The Wordfile can be used to complete the lineup card on the computer, tablet or mobile device.  Open the Wordfile, type in the data in each field, then save the lineup card on your device for future use.

The PDF file can be used to print and write by hand the lineup card.
